Our Founder: Nadian Reid
Cradle Care Agency was founded by Nadian Reid, a highly respected Newborn Care Specialist, lactation specialist, author, and trainer with over a decade of hands-on experience caring for newborns—including singletons, twins, triplets, and micro-preemies.
From becoming a teen mom to becoming a trusted expert in newborn care, Nadian’s journey has always been rooted in caring for and nurturing little lives. It was during those early years of motherhood that she discovered not only her passion for infant care, but also a deep calling to empower mothers—especially those walking through seasons she once had to navigate alone.
Her love and compassion for both mothers and children eventually led her to establish a ministry for single mothers—an outreach where she assists single mothers with basic needs, offer one-on-one prayer and emotional support, and provide life coaching to help single mothers rebuild with strength, dignity, and purpose.
Over the years, she has gained extensive knowledge in newborn development, lactation, postpartum wellness, routine building, and sleep conditioning. She had the honor of working with singletons, twins, triplets, and micro-premature babies across multiple states and internationally. This breadth of experience, combined with more than a decade of hands-on expertise, has made her a sought-after professional in the newborn-care field.
Nadian’s dedication to excellence inspired her not only to serve families directly, but also to train and empower other newborn care specialists through her agency and educational programs. As an author, mentor, and educator, she is committed to raising the standard of care within the industry while nurturing the next generation of care professionals.
